Katie Frost

Katie is an experienced learning and development consultant working across multiple industries.  Working as an executive and team coach, Katie is interested in helping people give their best by addressing the emotional as well as practical barriers that can hold people back especially around change. Katie has expertise in writing on- line training for a global audience and speaking at international events. Katie holds a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, accreditation in Motivational Interviewing and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. She is MBTI Step 1 and 2 Qualified, trained and licenced to use a range of behavioural psychometrics.

Claire is an organisational psychologist who has been involved in the field of Learning and Development for over 20 years. Her background in psychology combined with wide ranging workplace experience provides a broad perspective from which to draw on in her work as an executive coach, team coach and trainer. An excellent meeting facilitator and team coach, Claire is qualified in a range of Psychometrics including MBTI, Strengthscope, Prism & EQ-I 2.0.  Claire holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology and is Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.

Dorothy Foote

Dorothy has many years of experience in developing and delivering bespoke people development solutions. Her specific interests and expertise lie in coaching, mentoring, action learning and mediation and she uses these to support clients in addressing issues of talent development, employee engagement and conflict resolution. Dorothy’s background in HR management and commercial consultancy enable her to adopt a practical approach to coaching that is underpinned with rigorous knowledge. Dorothy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an MA in European HRM and Industrial Relations.She is a member of the, Association of Coaching and Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Sally Wells

Sally has enjoyed an exciting career as an entrepreneur and in a more corporate setting. She has managed hundreds of people and been CEO/MD of businesses in a variety of different sectors. Her experience includes mergers, strategic planning and people development including executive coaching. Sally is experienced in creating effective senior leadership teams, start-ups, business planning, and equity sales.

Tez has over 10 years of expertise in Digital and eCommerce. She has successfully helped clients with onsite sales & marketing, social media and customer acquisition/management. She has worked in a range of companies from startups to large global brands and now runs her own Digital Consultancy, WorkMonks

Dana Skelley OBE is an experienced Director and Board Chair with a track record of driving successful organisational performance in the public sector world of infrastructure delivery and management .

She is a passionate, creative and encouraging mentor, leader and strategy advisor.

Dana’s OBE was awarded for services to transport in the UK where she champions women in engineering, construction and leadership.

A Chartered Civil Engineer, her MBA majored in organisational culture and she is an established role model for equality and diversity in the transport and infrastructure world.

She has worked with teams in New York, Japan and is an established UK and international conference presenter.
